How long until my order ships?

Every TowDeck alarm is made to order just for you, so please allow 2–5 weeks for production before it ships. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–15 business days with tracking. We email you at every stage — order confirmed, in production, and shipped.

Does the exhaust actually shoot flames or smoke?

No — and we're upfront about that. The exhaust tips release a small white vapor puff at ignition and hold a warm red-orange LED glow inside the tips. It looks incredible in a dark room, but it is vapor and light, not real fire. Everything is shown honestly in our videos.

Does the truck actually drive or move?

It's a solid desk alarm clock — it stays bolted to its brushed steel display base with ratchet strap tie-downs and vibrates in place when the alarm fires, like a real truck idling in the driveway. It does not roll or drive. That's by design, and it's what makes it feel alive on your nightstand.

How loud is the alarm?

Loud enough to get you up. It plays three short digital beeps followed by a real V8 cold-start roar — heavy sleepers love it. Volume is adjustable for your room.

Do the wheels spin or the headlights light up?

Yes. When the alarm fires, the LED headlights snap on bright and the truck vibrates on its chrome roller wheel cradles — the same idle shake you'd feel from a real V8 rumbling in the driveway, not a rolling motion. It's the detail that sells the illusion.

How is it powered?

USB-C rechargeable — no constant battery swapping. Charge it, set it on your nightstand or desk, and you're good to go.

Is it good quality or a cheap toy?

It's a proper collector's piece — solid brushed steel display base with real ratchet strap tie-downs, authentic die-cast paint finish, sharp panel detail, real weight in your hand. Built to sit on your shelf for years, not a flimsy plastic gimmick.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom made to order, all sales are final except for defective or damaged items. If anything arrives broken or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo or video and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. You can also cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.
